- Eligibility:
– The competition is open to individuals who purchase any Argan Origins product.
– Participants must be 18 years or older to be eligible.
- Entry Requirements:
– Must have entered via the official Argan Origins social media pages by posting a photo in the comment section of Facebook on the original social media competition post, or tag the page on Instagram in a photo of them with their hair and the Argan Origins product to qualify as a winner.
– Must provide a valid till slip as proof of purchase of the Argan Origins product bought to claim their prize.
- Submission Period:
– The competition is only valid from 5 Feb – 15 April 2024.
- Prize Draw:
– 10 lucky winners will be selected at random and will receive an Argan Origins product hamper.
– The ten winners will be added to a bonus draw.
– The bonus draw will determine one lucky winner who will receive a Southern Sun trip for themselves and two friends.
- Prize Details:
– The Argan Origins product hamper will contain various Argan Origins products.
– The Southern Sun trip prize includes a gift voucher for a weekend away (2 night stay) for the competition winner and two friends of their choice. Gift vouchers are redeemable at any of the Southern Sun hotels in South Africa, when dining at hotel owned restaurants and bars and at hotel-owned Spa’s, the Arabella Spa, in the Western Cape, Sandton Sun Spa and Mount Grace Spa in Gauteng. – The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative.
- Winner Notification:
– Winners will be notified via the platform used for entry (the Argan Origins social media page) within 1-2 working days after the end of the competition.
– The selected Southern Sun trip winner will be contacted via social media for prize coordination after the bonus draw has been concluded.
- Claiming the Prize:
– Winners must respond within 3 working days of notification to claim their prize.
– Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
- Publicity Release:
– By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their names and submitted content for promotional purposes.
- General Conditions:
– The competition is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of South Africa and is void where prohibited.
– The organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time for any reason.
- Data Privacy:
