Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

Orders will not be processed if payment has not been received from the customer.

Broken or otherwise damaged products must be reported to Argan Origins South Africa within one business day of receiving the products. Argan Origins South Africa will then arrange for replacement products to be delivered to you. Refunds may be paid upon request from the customer for broken / damaged products.

Orders may be returned within 7 working days for a full refund. Returns will be processed at the customer’s own expense (including courier delivery) and may be rejected if the product has been opened or damaged after initial delivery; all returned products will be thoroughly inspected before the return is accepted by Argan Origins South Africa to ensure full compliance with the above stated terms by the customer. Products that were used or damaged after delivery will NOT be refunded.

Returns will be processed as soon as they have been received by Argan Origins South Africa and customers can expect an email notification if the product will be refunded or replaced.

If the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must contact Argan Origins South Africa within one business day to arrange for the delivery to be corrected. The exchange will not be processed if the customer has used or damaged the incorrectly delivered item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
We offer shipping to all provinces and cities in South Africa. We ship during weekdays (Mondays to Fridays) and only during normal business hours (08:00 – 18:00). Orders are shipped via a courier service and may take 2 – 3 business days to be delivered, subject to availability. Any orders placed outside business hours or on weekends will be processed on the following working day. Kindly ensure that your shipping / delivery address is correct.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 753 Verena Street, Faerie Glen, Pretoria.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
